Our reception is open every day from 8:00am to 8:00pm . Check-in time is from 14:00 to 19:30. Please let us know your expected arrival time.
Should you arrive after 20.00, please inform us in advance, so that we can arrange remote check-in.
On the day of departure, check-out is until 10:00am .
In case of departure before 8:00am it will be necessary to pay the bill in advance.

The price available on the website are meant per apartment per night.

At the moment of reservation, a form of guarantee will be required. You can either leave the details of your credit card or pay a deposit by bank transfer.
The final payment will be at your arrival, unless a special non-refundable prepaid rate is chosen, in this case the full amount will be charged at the moment of reservation time and will not be refundable.

Yes, free Wi-Fi service is available in all apartment and common areas.
The password will be given at the check-in.

There is no curfew! At the arrival you will be provided (we will deliver you) with the keys of the apartment to be independent and have access at any time of day or night.

In case you want to arrive by car, we have an agreement with a paid garage (starting from 28 € euro per 24h ) which collects the car and returns it on the day of departure or when you need it, downloading the license plate for incur unpleasant fines.

Sure! We accept small and medium sized pets.

We are sorry, but all our apartment are no smoking.

All children under 3 years will stay for free when sleeping in the parents' bed or in the cot available on request.
